Aishwarya Rai (conceived 1 November 1973), otherwise called Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, is an Indian film performing artist and model. She was the first runner-up of the Miss India event, and the victor of the Miss World show of 1994. She is a heading contemporary performer of Indian film and has gained two Filmfare Awards, two Screen Awards, and two IIFA Awards for her exhibitions in Hindi dialect movies of Bollywood. Rai is viewed as a standout amongst the most famous and compelling Vips in India, and is regularly refered to in the media as the "most excellent lady on the planet"
